libppl-c4 software package provides Parma Polyhedra Library (C interface), you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libppl-c4
libppl-c4 is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libppl-c4 package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libppl-c4 *
You will get with libppl-c4 package name, version, architecture and description in a table
